An individual, limited edition, example of vinyl record art made from a genuine, original, 45rpm, 7” single featuring the rockabilly single by the Stray Cats from 1981, The Stray Cat Strut. The record was released on the Arista record label, in the UK, and has been reworked into the shape of the famous Stray Cat Logo.
This famous Stray Cats logo can be modelled into almost any other Stray Cat Single, including Rock This Town, Runaway Boys or (She’s) Sexy +17. If required, please stipulate when ordering. Please note due to the limitations of the vinyl the cats facial whiskers are artistically penned on, rather than cut from vinyl.
Stray Cats were an American rockabilly band formed by guitarist and vocalist Brian Setzer, double bassist Lee Rocker, and drummer Slim Jim Phantom in the Long Island town of Massapequa, New York. The group had numerous hit singles in the UK, Australia, Canada and the U.S. including Stray Cat Strut.
