An Individual, limited edition, example of vinyl record silhouette art made from a genuine, original, 45rpm, 7” single of The Man In The Iron Mask from 1985, by Paul Young. Released on the CBS record label, this vinyl single has been reworked into the silhouette of The Iron Man, the Marvel American Superhero Character.
In the Marvel comics and the film adaptations, Iron Man is an industrialist and master engineer who builds a powered exoskeleton and becomes the technologically advanced superhero Iron Man.
Paul Young is an English singer, songwriter and musician. Formerly the frontman of the short-lived bands Kat Kool & the Kool Cats, Streetband and Q-Tips, he was turned into a 1980s teen idol by subsequent solo success. The Man in the Iron Mask was the B-side of his single, Tomb of Memories.
