An individual, limited edition, example of vinyl record silhouette art made from a genuine, original, 45rpm, 7” single featuring the 1960 hit, Runaway by Del Shannon. The vinyl single has been reworked into a silhouette of a guitar, similar to the one played by Del Shannon.

The Song Runaway was written Del Shannon and keyboardist Max Crook. Released in 1960 it was an immediate success and catapulted him to international stardom. The song is sung from the point of view of a man whose female lover has left him.
