Queen – The Artist

Queen are a British rock band that formed in London in 1970. Their classic line-up was Freddie Mercury (lead vocals, piano), Brian May (lead guitar, vocals), Roger Taylor (drums, vocals), and John Deacon (bass guitar). Queen’s earliest works were influenced by progressive rock, hard rock and heavy metal, but the band gradually ventured into more conventional and radio-friendly works by incorporating further styles, such as arena rock and pop rock, into their music.

Crazy Little Thing Called Love – The Song

Crazy Little Thing Called Love’  is a song by the British rock band Queen. Written by Freddie Mercury in 1979, the track is included on their 1980 album The Game, and also appears on the band’s compilation album, Greatest Hits in 1981. The song peaked at number two in the UK Singles Chart in 1979, and became the group’s first number-one single on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US in 1980, remaining there for four consecutive weeks. According to an interview the song was written by Mercury as a tribute to Elvis Presley.

The Heart – The Shape

The heart shape and its meaning has evolved over hundreds of years. Nowadays it means love but before the 13th and 14th centuries it was generally drawn for decorative purposes. People at that time thought of our hearts as books of memory and believed feelings for the beloved were somehow written on your heart..
